ACT Expo 2019
We are excited to be exhibiting our EV smart load control system EVauto at ACT Expo 2019 in Long Beach CA. The show promises to be very interesting this year as numerous manufacturers, operators, fleet managers, utility participants and industry analyst come together to discuss the state of this evolving segment of the transportation industry. Importantly, several manufacturers have recently announced new vehicles, charging systems and internal components for both.
We’re pleased to be releasing the newest version of EVauto, Version 2.0! This version includes numerous functional and technical improvements over the previous version:
- EVauto Fleet Controller Smart Load Control – This feature set allows fleets to enjoy the benefits of intelligent peak load management. The operator simply plugs in his vehicle, and the internal algorithms take care of sequencing the vehicles to shape energy usage.
- EVauto FleetManager EV Fleet Charging Information System – Fleet managers will gain needed insight into how their charging infrastructure is operating. This goes way beyond metering as it delivers useful metrics on charge completions, charging duration, arrival and departure times. The system features several intelligent alerts so that operators can be confident that their fleet vehicles will be ready when the need them.
However, we are most pleased to be able to meet participants from across this growing segment. We strongly believe in open source technology, and we look forward to assessing the state of the charging industry. Will vertically integrated players dominate the segment by providing a single-source solutions including infrastructure construction, charging hardware, control system and even energy? Or, will customer look to future proof their charge systems by combining best of breed solutions that communicate over open standards?
In order to help demonstrate the value of smart load control to deliver EV Peak Load Management, we are offering qualified fleet participants free fleet charging energy usage simulations. Bring us the details of your fleet (kWh capacity of each vehicle, estimated arrival / departure times, charger kW), and we’ll send you a table indicating your expected 15 minute kWh interval data.
Please visit us at booth #1709. We look forward to meeting you in Long Beach.
